The two-year guarantee

Every LÖWE watch carries two years of cover against manufacturing defects, counted from the day it reaches you.

What is covered

The movement, the hands, the dial, the case and the crown. If any of them fails in normal wear, we repair the watch or replace it, and we pay the postage both ways.

What is not covered

Ordinary wear of the leather strap, scratches on the glass or the case from daily use, water damage beyond the resistance stated on the product page, and any repair attempted by someone else.

How to claim

Write to teamlowewatches@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We answer within two working days with a prepaid return label.

After the two years

The guarantee ends, the service does not. Write to us about a battery, a strap or a repair and we will tell you what it costs before anything is done.
