Delivery and returns

Every order leaves our warehouse within two working days and travels tracked to your door. Across the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain, delivery usually takes five to nine days in total, counted from the day you order.

What you pay

VAT and customs duties are settled at checkout. Nothing is due on arrival, and no carrier will ask you for a payment at the door.

Tracking

A tracking link reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within ten working days, write to us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Fourteen days to change your mind

You may return a watch within fourteen days of delivery, as United Kingdom and European Union law provides. The watch must be unworn and come back with its box and papers. Write to teamlowewatches@gmail.com and we answer with the return instructions.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used, in full, once the watch reaches us.

Two pieces, one return

If you took the second watch with the offer, both belong to the same order. Returning the pair refunds the whole amount. Keeping one and returning the other refunds the difference between the pair and a single piece at its standard price.
